# Disclaimer — Read This Before You Download

We publish guides about Manok Na Pula – Multiplayer and document a modified Android build of the game. This Manok Na Pula Mod APK disclaimer sets out, in plain language, **who we are not, what installing a modified build can genuinely cost you, and where the checks we publish stop protecting you** . Every section opens with a one-line summary; the paragraphs under it are the binding version. If the summary and the text ever seem to differ, the text governs.

Section 1

## Relationship to TATAY GAMES

**In short:** we are a fan-made guide site. Nothing here is official, endorsed or sponsored.

This site is **not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TATAY GAMES, Google, Apple or any app store** . We do not speak for the developer, we cannot act on accounts, and no page here is an official channel for the game.

The Manok Na Pula name, its chickens, artwork and logos belong to their respective owners. We use the game’s name and screenshots only to identify the game our guides describe — the standard nominative use any guide, review or wiki relies on. If you are a rights holder and want something addressed, the [Copyright and DMCA page](https://manoknapulaapk.net/dmca/) is the fastest route.

Section 2

## Risks of the Modified Android Build

**In short:** the version 8.3 download is a modified build, not the original release — installing it can affect your account, your install and your progress.

The version 8.3 download documented on this site is a **modified build** of the Android game, not the original Android release distributed through Google Play. Installing and using a modified build can lead to:

### 🚫 Account restrictions or a ban

Modified builds can draw account action in online matches and Tournament play. The game’s operator makes that call, and no page here can prevent or reverse it.

### 🔑 A signing conflict with the original

The modified build’s signing certificate differs from the original’s, so the two cannot simply update over each other — installing one over the other fails or forces a removal first.

### 💾 Loss of saved progress

Removing or replacing the original game can take its locally stored progress with it. What is not backed up or account-linked can be gone for good.

### 🔄 Features that stop working

A game or server update can change or disable modified features without notice. A build that works today is not promised to work after the next update.

**You install and use the modified build at your own risk.** The [safety page](https://manoknapulaapk.net/is-it-safe/) and [install guide](https://manoknapulaapk.net/install-guide/) exist to help you make that decision with the evidence in front of you — they do not transfer the risk to us.

Section 3

## Limits of the SHA-256 and VirusTotal Checks

**In short:** our published checks describe one exact file. They are verification tools, not safety guarantees.

We publish the SHA-256 fingerprint and the [VirusTotal](https://www.virustotal.com/) result for the version 8.3 file. Understand precisely what those two facts cover:

| The check | What it establishes | What it does not establish |
| --- | --- | --- |
| SHA-256 fingerprint | Whether *your* file is byte-identical to the file we recorded | Anything about a file whose fingerprint differs — the result simply does not apply to it |
| VirusTotal result | Which engines detected known malware in that file when they analysed it | That the file is harmless, that its advertised features work, or that your account is safe |

A scan is a snapshot: of one fingerprint, at one moment, against the threats engines knew that day. Treat it as strong evidence about a specific file — never as a promise about modified software in general.

Section 4

## Accuracy of the Guides

**In short:** guides describe the game as documented at writing time; updates can and do move the facts.

Our guides describe in-game messages, file properties and the sources they link to, following the rules on the [About page](https://manoknapulaapk.net/about/) . A game update can change rewards, requirements, menus and installation behavior, so a description can stop matching the game after an update — without anyone having been wrong when it was written.

When you spot a mismatch, send a correction through the [contact page](https://manoknapulaapk.net/contact/) with the page address and what your device shows, and we will review it against the current build.

Section 5

## No Warranty for Content or Downloads

**In short:** everything here is provided “as is”. We do our verification work carefully — and we still do not warrant outcomes.

Our content and downloads are provided **“as is”, without warranty of any kind** , express or implied — including any warranty that a build will install on your device, that a feature will work in a match, or that a guide will match a future version of the game.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost game progress, account action or device problems that result from using our site or its downloads. Your remedies for the game itself lie with its developer and your platform, as the [contact page](https://manoknapulaapk.net/contact/) explains.

Section 6

## Links to Other Websites

**In short:** when you leave this site, the destination’s own rules apply — we do not control what is there.

Links to Google Play, the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/manok-na-pula-multiplayer/id1487454861) , VirusTotal, BlueStacks, YouTube and other websites lead to sites we do not control and cannot edit. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them, and a link here is a reference, not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

Section 7

## Changes to This Manok Na Pula Mod APK Disclaimer

**In short:** this page can be updated; the date at the top tells you which version you are reading.

We may revise this disclaimer as the site, the game or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page marks the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision means the revised text applies.

Questions about this disclaimer: write to us through the [contact page](https://manoknapulaapk.net/contact/) — one inbox covers corrections, privacy and legal questions alike.

## Decide With the Evidence in Front of You

The safety page lays out the scan, the permissions and the signing facts behind every line of this disclaimer.
